REFUND POLICY

At Solver Performance, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and consulting services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Certification & Course Programs
- Before Access: Full refund if you cancel before accessing any course content.
- Within 7 Days: If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund. Processed within 10 business days.
- After 7 Days: Evaluated case-by-case. A prorated refund may be issued for content not yet accessed.
2. In-Company Training
- Before Delivery: Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled training date.
- Within 14 Days: 50% refund if canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled date.
- After Delivery: No refund after training has been delivered.
3. Subscription Services
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No refund for the current billing period, but access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (training materials, templates, resources), once delivered, these items are non-refundable. If a deliverable contains errors, we will revise it at no additional cost.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at ivangmpt@gmail.com with your full name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for failure to achieve specific results, as outcomes depend on individual implementation and effort.
